Continuous Fibre Reinforced Thermoplastic Unidirectional Prepreg Tape (CFRT UD Tape) is a sheet material made of unidirectional continuous glass fibre parallel to each other, impregnated with molten thermoplastic resin through a melt impregnation process. 

Specification

Fibre type: continuous glass fibre, basalt fibre, carbon fibre, aramid fibre 

Resin type: PP, PE, PA, PET, ABS, etc. 

Sheet thickness: 0.15mm-1mm 

Fibre content: 45%-80% 

Sheet width: 25mm-750mm 

Sheet colour: natural and black, other colors can be customized. 

Application: Can be used for RTP pipe reinforcement layer, honeycomb panel reinforcement layer, reefer truck skin reinforcement layer, auto parts and other areas of reinforcement.
